When will we have a option to disbable from seeing people’s smegas (megaphones)?
This has been discussed internally before, but since megaphones are a paid service to broadcast your message to your world, it was determined to be unfair to those who paid for the service if others could simply switch off the ability to see them using their in-game options. Many players have in the past mentioned that they would buy a megaphone blocker if we were to sell one, which would be fair toward players who purchased megaphones; we may consider this
Will we ever have a Cash item to give other classes other job-related features? Shade with Beast Tamer ears/tail, etc.

Shade with Beast Tamer ears/tail, etc. This is an interesting idea that has been brought up before - we'll need to look into the technical aspects of this since these things don't fit under the usual decorative categories. To those who've asked about getting horns like Kaiser: Those are actually part of Kaiser's hairstyle.
When will NightWalkers come back to GMS?
Right now, we are targeting a mid-autumn release. There is still a lot to be translated and tested for that update, so thank you in advance for your patience.
Do you have future plans for more crossovers?
That would be interesting to do again, though please understand that licensing content for our geographically broad audience can be trickier than JMS getting a license to have the content just in Japan, for example. Tell us some of the series you like!
Can we have another cash shop transfer event, please?
We hope we can get one again before the end of the year.
Why can’t non NX items be transferred within characters on the SAME account?
Such a large change to item data would have to come from the parent service (KMS) to prevent potential data discrepancies and bugs with item tradeability because of this change.
Why hasn’t Aran’s skin tone been added into the game? Was this a mistake?
It wasn’t a mistake, but we have requested it and some other skin tones not in GMS to be implemented.
I remember hearing talk about a Merchandise store a long time ago. Is there any chance there’s still plans for it? My DK on a shirt please.
I've brought this up internally before, too, but there are no plans for it at this time that the Production team knows of, since in part we'd need to find the right vendors to create the merchandise and set up a store and shipping.
Is the Fox Spirit God from Vulpes actually Grandis’ transcendent of life? After all, who else could resurrect a hero?
Are you saying you think Gerald Darmoor revived Shade to help defeat the Black Mage for his own nefarious purposes? We don't have information to confirm or deny your theory, but it does make for compelling fan fiction at the moment.
When will World Transfer be back?
We were hoping that we were going to be able to review this again after the server work done in early summer, but there are some additional server structure changes that we're considering for this autumn. Unfortunately, that means there won't be any plans for a world transfer event until those back end changes are finalized, implemented, and confirmed to be working fine, with stability to spare for combining world populations.
How come the Owl of Minerva can’t find new/recent items? It seems like you can only find old items.
Please post in the bug reporting section of our forum a list of the items you've come across that can't be found using an Owl of Minerva.
When will you finally merge the cash shop with every character? (No event, permanent)
For now we only have plans to run this as an event.
Will Angelic Busters be able to throw 4 soul seekers ever again?
Due to issues with mismatched character data in the past, we plan to stick with any changes KMS makes to Angelic Buster.
Any plans for a Demon Slayer revamp?
There are no plans for large revamps for this character, though rebalances are certainly not off the table.
Will there be an increase in the drop rate of Sweetwater weapons from Commerci?
I really hope so. I have transposing that needs to be done.
Has Nexon America considered distributing the MapleStory artbooks for sale in English? I’ve only seen them being sold in Korean.
Since this is a KMS product that was released outside of the game, we've only received permission to use them internally for now. I'd like to see them in English and have them available as well.
Any plans on bringing over that slight buff Kanna got in JMS awhile back ago?
There are no plans for this yet. We'd like to get data from JMS regarding their players' feedback over time about the changes.
Can you guys do the audition trailers for new classes in the future? Those things where awesome. Also please give us Eric class.
We aren't planning to create more class audition trailers, but our video team has been quite busy creating trailers, as well as community videos. As for an Eric class, our contract with Evan currently does not allow it.
Will we EVER get the white version of Luminous’s outfit that we never got in-game because of the automatic Dark route lock thing?
We may consider making it available in the future.
Who does all the official art of Maplestory?
There are teams and the Nexon Korea offices that handle the artwork. If you're looking for the name of a particular artist, let us know which illustration or in-game art you're curious about, and we can ask. I can't guarantee that the artist won't be shy.

Why don’t you guys at Nexon start tracking abusers down by their IP Address and block their mule accounts?
We are looking into other ways of preventing and locating abuse. Unfortunately, we're unable to discuss what those are, but we definitely understand that this is an important topic.
Why is Nexon only going out of their way to ban exploiters but yet there are now twice as many botters going around?
We go after exploiters the same way we go after botters. However, with botting, accounts are made frequently and as soon as we ban one, two more pop up. As stated in the previous response, we're looking at ways we can address these types of issues better.
As many have asked, when can we come back from a permanent ban?
At this time, a permanent ban is permanent.
I'll do reports all days because of hackers. My question is, are GMs really working on the servers? What do you need to patch the hacking programs?
We are working on the servers. The best thing to do is to post them in the newly created moderated forum section with all the information you have regarding this. Unfortunately though, we can't go into detail on how we investigate these hacks.

What’s your favorite band?
I listen to a lot of game soundtracks. Lately, I've been super into the Transitor OST, from the game of the same name, as well as the "Time's End" remake of the Majora's Mask OST from LoZ: Majora's Mask. I also like Roy Kim, Akdong Musician, EXO, 2ne1, and various other k-pop artists; as well as various pop artists like Beyonce, Sia, Meghan Trainor, etc. Anything that makes me happy, really.
