i burned a cadena named macohchu i leveled it up to 210, i cleared monster park two times, did vj and vjpq twice but still haven't been able to claim my reward

    To clarify, when you did Monster Park you chose the Vanishing Journey maps twice for it? And it was after you clicked Attempt on the Breakthrough mission?
    Pretty sure VJPQ isn't a requirement.

    Worked for me, that screenshot only shows that you're level 210. Not that you've been clearing the Monster Park stage "Vanishing Journey".
    Make sure that you're scrolling all the way down and selecting the correct version of monster park.
    If you're sure you've absolutely done that, file a ticket with Nexon.
