5th Job for Evan

I've been looking around everywhere about info for the Fifth job for the Evan class and cant find anything for the Reboot and so on. Since the game went from him having new skills every ten levels and having job from 1-10th to 1-5th.


Im level 140, am I the correct level for the 5th job for one, two if I am, where on earth do I go to get it because I haven't gotten any job quests for it.
currently just trying to do any level 140 quest in hopes it leads to it.


I seriously could use some help because everything I've looked at has been useless as far as help goes

    5th job for Evan, as for all other classes, is at level 200.
