Kanna's Tengu Strike skill does zero damage

3rd job skill Tengu Strike does no damage to any mob. The monsters look like they're hit (e.g. they get knocked backward and have a damage animation), but they do not receive damage. If they are full HP, tengu strike does not trigger visibility of their HP bar.

This makes it very difficult to clear and boss. It does not appear to be working for anyone.

    It is listed as a Known Issue in the Update Notes.

    Is it just me or does tengu strike show damage but doesn’t apply it?

    It's not just you. It was noted as a Known Issue in the update notes:
