Bug type: Gameplay

Brief bug summary: Jett skill delays on starlines have been increased in spite of patch notes saying otherwise.

More details:

Patch notes:
[Starline One]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.
[Starline Two]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.
[Vortex Cross]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.
[Starline Three]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.
[Falling Stars]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.
[Spatial Shift]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.
[Maple Warrior]: Adjusted so that its Master Level would be limited to 10 upon first acquiring the skill.
[Allied Fury]: Casting delay will be decreased to better match the timing of the animations.

Most of these skills (starlines and falling stars most notably) have in fact had their casting delay increased - Either the patch notes are wrong, or the intended behavior is not what was introduced into the game.

Steps to reproduce: Use any of these skills with a Jett character.

Character name: Thisgetsban

Character level: 213

Character job: Jett

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Ever since latest patch (v212)

Starline Two has definitely gotten faster after today's maintenance. Could somebody check the casting delay of the skill (Starline One and Two) and see if it has been reverted?

It was reverted back to original, meaning skill delays are now the same as pre v212 - If the intent is to buff these skills and give them shorter delays, then v212's behavior has still not been applied
