Confused about Server Status here

The server status page says all of the servers are up, but the Launcher says they're still under maintenance. Am I missing something here?

Edit: Of course, nobody is going to answer me...

    During maintenance, it is often the case that the game servers are up, but logins are blocked while Nexon's QA testers make sure all the fixes work correctly and nothing new got broken.
    Trust the Nexon Launcher, or check the maintenance notice post on the website (http://maplestory.nexon.net/news) for updates. The web post gets updated with a "[Completed]" paragraph after the maintenance is done.

    All that being said, you can check server status on http://southperry.net/stat.php
    Unlike the official website's server status page, Southperry correctly shows the login servers to be unreachable while maintenance is ongoing.
