Brief bug summary:
While doing the Ayame story for the Hieizan Temple questline I encountered a section that could not be completed.

More details:
Quest [Hieizan Temple] Chasing the Boy. I cannot take the portals in this zone to progress the quest. When I first attempted it last night I had the quest 'Lightbulb' over my head, but clicking it did not teleport me or give me the ability to use either portal in Hieizan (East Tower Central Shrine Entrance).

Steps to reproduce:
I cannot forfeit the quest, so I don't know if I could reproduce it.
