Cant click on auction house

in Bug Reporting
when I access the menu, I clearly see auction house but when I hover over it it does not let me click it

    What server are you playing in, what map are you in, and how new is your account?

    Reboot has trading disabled, I'm fairly certain you can only access Auction House in towns, and new accounts are restricted from purchasing or selling items in the auction house for 7 days.
