External Chat causes blackscreen and crash

Updated because I found the cause

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Turn on External Chat which is character specific, the resolution must be 1366 x 768, 1280 x 720, 1024 x 768, or 1920 x 1080
  2. Logoff
  3. Logon to the same character to lose the ability to see anything and to crash after a couple of minutes

To fix this: Lower your resolution on a different character with external chat off, hop back on the character that has external chat enabled and turn it off.

    I don't know if this will help but I had a similar experience not long ago. My main would be stuck on a black screen even after a reboot.
    I was able to log on other characters and changing modes between window mode and full screen using alt+enter fixed it (somehow)
