Brief Bug Summary: Jett's Starforce Salvo makes unknown animation sometimes after releasing or spamming the skill frequently on mobs

Details:

When you holds down the key for Starforce Salvo, it will shoots at mobs. But sometimes when releasing the key, it will perform an unknown animation which takes time to do it and leads to death in some boss fights. Link to demonstrate the bug:

Steps to reporduce:

1. Either shoots Starforce Salvo at mobs and releasing or pressing and then releasing the key continuously on mobs.
