    Mastery Book 20, which has a 100% success rate and can be used on any skill (that can go up to level 20), costs 3,000,000 meso at Henesys and Leafre potions shops as well as from specialized NPCs. These books are also available in various coin shops, and for free from certain quests.

    So, Maple Warrior 20 is a collector's item. Such things don't really have a "market value". Price is always negotiated between seller and buyer.
