Reboot Slot Coupons no longer work.

Bug type: Slot Expansion Coupon does not work in Reboot.

Description: Since the new patch, I can buy a item slot coupon and use it. It goes through the dialog and text saying slots expanded, but no slots are added. I tried with multiple storage coupons and a equip slot coupon. None expanded my storage slots or equip slots. Neither of my slots were fully expanded so there was no problem there.
