Level 210 tera burning reward

I reached level 210 on my DB after tera burning him in the rise event but i didnt recieve the rewards for reaching that level or even the quest to obtain the rewards
I did have a ho yung but didnt reach level 210 with him so i should be able to obtain the level 210 rewards
