Storage Room 4 Slot Coupon Bug

Brief bug summary:
Purchasing a Storage room 4 slot coupon from Henesys and using it does not increase storage room capacity.

More details:
Bug has been reproduced twice. I initially had 8 slots. I had purchased 1 coupon and did not see increase in size. I purchases a second one to reproduce bug and it did not increase again. It still remains at 8 slots.

Steps to reproduce:

Purchase from Hensys general store in market place.
Use Slot Coupon.
Expected behavior - Lose coupon and Increases storage room capacity
Actual behavior - Uses coupon and doesn't change capacity

Character name: plantbrush2

Character level: 140

Character job: Jett

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 10/15/2020 at 5:30-5:50 PM PST

I have two screenshots after each of the two uses of the coupon. You can see that I had lost the item after using it in the chat box. https://imgur.com/a/9n33Zuv

    I have heard it takes a while to actually update and display the extra slots after usage of the coupon.

    If a while has passed and you still don't have the expanded slots and lost the coupon, I'd suggest submitting a ticket.
