Autumn Surprise Bags not showing up in Cash Shop?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.
All the new black friday items are available now in the CS except the Autumn Surprise Bags - which I really wanted :(

    They are under Event->Chance Sale

    The only thing that shows up there for me is gachapon tickets. :/

    Could they be somewhere else? I thought I checked every tab.

    The character I wanted to purchase them with is in the Burning World. Not sure if that's an issue?

    My friend is having the same issue as well. We are both playing new characters in the burning world.

    It's strange though since all the other new items are available.

    I just double checked on my character in Aurora, and the boxes DO appear in that Cash shop!
    But They don't appear in burning World where I wanted to use them :(
