Tera Burning Error: Trouble contacting server

Hello,

My tera burning character is supposed to gain 2 additional levels when i level up. I am receiving an error when i level up saying trouble contacting server and I did not receive my extra 2 levels for each of my past two level ups. I am lv 189 in Reboot name Adele named Shaethys.

    I am in reboot now lv 191, still missing my extra 8 levels from burning, 12:00am 12/30 PST
