Stuck at Strange Visitors prequest to Esfera

My first attempt at this quest to enter Esfera was of few days ago. I didn't mess with it after I got disconnected due to bad servers. I didn't realize that I am stuck until today when i was looking for some way to restart/continue the quest. The problem now is that I don't have the quest/and the door to Esfera at abandoned area 4 are closed and keep giving me the same message saying the door is close and does nothing. I don't see any npc around to talk to where I think ollie was supposed to be there according to the prequest videos I saw on youtube. Thus I am wondering if there's anything that I can do on my side before I submit a ticket.

    Not sure if it's okay to bump, but I just ran into this issue again in Scania. Melange and Shubert show up, but Ollie doesn't show up. And it's confusing to new players because there's no quests that show up in progress. I accidentally discovered it again when I exited and re-entered the area.
