DEX% on Epic items seem to raise STR instead.?

Haven't checked my other characters, but on my 213 Corsair in Reboot, my Epic DEX +6% options all seem to raise STR instead of DEX on Stats. I took a closer look today because the damage increase when equipping these items wasn't too significant. Anyone else experiencing this.? Please help!

    OH. Found out why, didn't know Pirate Blessing buff did this..
