Visual bug on heart pounding lip gloss

Brief bug summary:
Hi,
The heart pounding lips isn't blended well (kind of looks like a shadowy square) into the skin of the character
however it is shown with no problems in the cash shop preview and also character info window as shown in the image

More details:
Sometimes different faces causes the lips to reach out of the item however thats fine you just have to find a good face with small lips
the issue is that the item mouths edge is blended weird

Steps to reproduce:
Heart pounding lip gloss
Red boss face (red)
Pale skin

Character name: RahnLin

Character level: 202

Character job: Hayato

World name: Scania

    I tested more and when I'm on 720p its fine but as soon as i switch to 1080p the problem occurs
    I'm guessing why there's no visual issue when in the cash shop/ character selection screen/ character info window
    id much prefer to be in 1080p though
