I'm on the last key, the one with the statue, its raining and all but it still don't let me throw the spear. I tried to talk to NPC, none of them let me throw the spear. And when I click the statue its says the same thing "That statue looks like it's ready to throw that spear at any moment."

    Did you already click on the sack in the Land of Riches. You have to do that first, then talk to Horemheb, then click the lightbulb above your head, and then talk to Louie the Average. From there, you can do the Ready Spear quests.

    I have the same problem and cant talk to Horemheb
