Bug type: Reward is missing (After opened the reward Adventurer's Hope Box 20,000 Maple Point Coupon is missing)

20,000 Maple point coupon from lv220 explorer redux event reward is missing.
More details:
I have played my new created explorer class to lv 220 to obtain a reward after opened the box which suppose to obtain 4 rewards including either 17 star Unique Absolab or 15 star Dominator pendant plus 3 additional rewards consist of Unique emblem box, 20,000 Maple point coupon and 200 Arcane symbol selector coupon. However, after I check through my inventories 20,000 maple point coupon is missing. I planned to use these 20,000 point for stellar pass but it no where to be found.
