Hi,
I've recently picked up Maple again, after not playing it for several years.
On my level 38 Kinesis, I noticed I don't have any weapons and thus am unable to use any skills. Reading online, it seems like the weapons I need are only obtainable through monster drop.

Is there another way to get a psy-limiter again? or am I unable to progress with this character and will need to restart?

    You can talk to Jay in Kinesis's hideout to get a level 10 Psy-limiter.
