Brief bug summary: Damien's Shadow Zone / Blue Orbs are no longer affected by specific debuffs, such as Slow.

In a recent maintenance, the following fix was applied to Damien:

Fixed the issue where Beast Tamer's Purr Zone can be used to defeat Damien's Shadow Zone during the boss battle.

What this refers to is the Shadow Zone / Blue Orbs / Transcendent Orbs that follow the player around in Damien Phase 2. Nexon implemented a fix that made the Blue Orbs immune to Purr Zone, but it ended up making them immune to debuffs altogether. The issue is that this conflicts with the intended design for the boss battle, where certain debuffs are allowed on the Blue Orbs. Certain skills, such as Wind Archer's Emerald Flower and Night Lord's Frailty Curse / Purge Area, previously had the ability to apply Slow to the Blue Orbs. However, the fix accidentally made the orbs immune to Slow. To further cement the point that this is not intended, Nexon Korea themselves have also declared that they'll allow for debuffs on in their March 2021 update:

Fixed an issue where certain skills could debuff ally NPCs or unattackable enemies. However, the Transcendent Stones that appear in Demian will still be affected by debuffs.

Developer Notes:
This error fix was made to prevent the issue where ally NPCs and required dummy monsters for content development were affected. Since this was not intended to change the experience in other areas, we have made an exception for the Transcendent Stones that appear in Demian so the existing battle patterns do not change.

For the record, it is still working the same way in KMS today. Therefore, this is not working as expected and should be fixed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Reach Damien Phase 2 on a Wind Archer or Night Lord.
2. Use Emerald Flower (WA) or Frailty Curse (NL) near the blue orb. Notice that it does not receive the Slow effect when it should.
