Gear swapping is still not working as intended

Here's some footage of gear swap working whilst certain summon skills are active in KMS, vs. the same interaction in GMS.

    More footage, this time showing that the V Matrix works just like in KMS, but equipment doesn't. Surely you can see that this cripples the effectiveness of Tower of Oz rings which are meant to be meta no? And not only that but there's select few classes that aren't even affected by this, so they've got an advantage. Why bother with class balancing every few months if things like this remain unchanged?
