Login screen too loud

Hi, Just realized while you can manipulate sound after you have logged into your character, you cannot change the volume for the title/login screen nor does it stay in the same volume as you have configured on the options tab after you log in to your character.

    Hi Mapler,

    The volume control button has been added to the bottom right corner of the World Selection screen and Character Selection screen.
