Zero to Hundred Still Bugged?

I have 4/7 characters designate for the event but now the event wont let me designate anymore characters. On multiple characters it just responds with "Failed due to an unknown error". Anyone else getting the same thing?

    I have the same problem 4/7 character designated whne i try to do a 5th one it gives me the same error.
