Hero Cry Valhalla skill bugged

New Hero character leveled up to 140 cannot add skill point to Hyper Skill Cry Valhalla. When you opened the hyper skill page, in the Cry Valhalla skill it showed

Cry Valhalla
0 (instead of Req Lev : 140)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a hero character
2. Level up to 140
3. open hyper skill page

Character name: SirMasochist
Character level: 142
Character job: Hero
World name: Kronos
Date and time of the incident: 3/5/2024
11:22 pm cst

    nvm Not a bugg, found the error. My raging blow was 1 level behind the requirement. sorry for posting
