I am not exactly sure how it happened but I was trying to set up my Presets for Drop Gear and I somehow lost my 3 rings that had drop percent on them I am sure I didnt drop them on accident because theres a warning message. they just disappeared from my invent.

    It actually wasnt 3 rings it was 3 pieces of equipment lost I think a necklace ,and 2 rings
