Suggesting stats that reach over 100 % be applied somewhere else. For Example Crit Rate over 100 % automatically be applied to crit damage and IED over 100 % be applied to final damage . I am suggesting this because I do not think we should have " wasted stats " in game and anything over 100% not being applied is wasted.

Crit rate doesn't go into crit damage over 100% because that's a feature of archers.
You're suggesting removing unique elements of classes instead of playing around the uniqueness of the class.
I'm sorry to say, but as someone who admits to not being able to clear entry level bosses, you simply do not know enough about this game to be suggesting radical changes.
It is literally not possible to go past 100% IED due to the way to game works. 100% IED is in fact, perfect IED.
I was just responding to your earlier post saying it's possible with a specific skill . But I had heard that some bosses have resistance to IED idk if thats PDR .
All bosses in the game have some value of PDR, the higher your IED the more of this damage reduction you ignore.
There are a few skills in the game that increase IED to 100% (Meaning there is no damage reduction for hitting bosses), anything less than 100% results in damage reduction based on "PDR".
Your IED is how much of this you will ignore.
If a monster has 300% PDR for example and you have 99% IED, you will deal (300% x 1%) = 3% Less damage.
The way multiple IED sources work is that it reduces the remainder by the amount of the source.
If you have 50% IED and you add another 50% IED line on top of it, you will have 75% IED (50% of 50% is 25%)
(50% of missing IED x 0.5 = 25%, 50% + 25% = 75%)
Since any number multiplied by zero (if you have 100% IED you are missing 0%) there is no way to go past 100% IED.
Due to the way this formula works you also cannot hit 100% IED without a source that gives 100% IED (without rounding errors).
Since even 99.99% (0.01%) and 99.99% (0.01% x 99.99% = .0099%) would leave you at 99.9999%, you could only ever add more repeating 9s to the end of the number.
The 100% IED skills exist to make certain classes able to work with less visual IED (the IED that appears on your stat screen) so that they can be stronger during their burst without having to put as much into their IED as other classes.
In short, it's a gimmick that is unique to a few classes.
Critical Rate is the same way, there are some classes (bowmen) that can bypass the 100% crit rate cap as a gimmick.
For other classes you should never be going past 100% in the first place and it's not hard to make sure you don't 99% of the time.
