[Ursus] Hexa Charging Light cannot be used

Charging Light can no longer be used in Ursus once Hexa Install Shield / Hexa Charging Light is unlocked.

Install shield still properly reverts back to the pre-hexa version and can be used, as does Soul Majesty, Royal Guard and Radiant Cross.
Charging light however does not and simply gives the error "You cannot use that skill on this map."

A small text based error also exists with the skill where the line about bonus damage incorrectly reads
x% more damage for party members including yourself for 60s
Which should say 10% instead of x%.
