The Legion Shop follows a weekly limit system where the items have weekly purchase limit that resets on Monday. This restricts how much one can grind with the limited coupons and slows gear progression especially in Reg Server. I am hoping in the future, KMS can lift the purchase limits of items so one can buy limitless amounts of an item assuming they got all the coins needed. Here are some examples of change I hope see as a result of allowing us to buy without a weekly limit. Please note this from a Reg Server player so some stuff might not make sense to a Reboot player.
Legion Might/Wealth/Luck/Expertise: With 20 of each 10, 20 and 30 minute buff, we are given up to 20 hours of pure buff goodness. Lifting the limit would allow us grind with boosted rates more per week since we aren't limited on 20 hours. Another bonus is we would not have to buy 20 or 10 minutes and can just buy 30 minute coupons online so it better matches our WAP and other EXP buffs since those are 30 minutes or 2 hours. And in most cases, a 30 minute coupon is actually cheaper than buying 3 10 minutes or adding a 20 minute and a 10 minute coupon. By lifting purchase limits, players can train more, better manage buffs by durations and spend less Legion Coins due to not needing to buy 20 or 10 minutes.
Legion's Honor EXP Guarantee: This just turns 5,000 of our Honor EXP into a medal to be sold or passed to another character. Makes no sense why only 3 are allowed per world. Removing the purchase limit would be beneficial as it allow players to extract more than 15k EXP week. A great use is for those players who finished all 3 presets and want to drain out their Honor EXP as fast as possible for their alts or sell into the market since Honor is no longer needed for them.
Enhancement Items (Karma): Karma Enhancement Items can only be used on untradeable items. The Legion Shop has Hard Cubes, Powerful, Eternal and Black Flames, but they are all in Karma form so they can only be used on untradeable items. These items have a higher purchase limit, but this is World limit shared among your characters in the same world. 30 Solids, 20 of each Powerful and Eternal and 40 Blacks are your limits. Removing the limit allows us to go on larger flaming sprees (cubing to unique exists but IDEALLY you want Legendary before you start looking for the 3Ls you want.)
Enhancement Items: We are given 3 Clean Slates, 2 Epic Potential Scrolls, 3 Potential Stamps, 3 Powerful Flames and 2 Bonus Potential Scrolls per week per character. This limit can be bypassed by passing the item you want to enhance through storage and visiting all the characters until you are satisfied with the result. This loophole is tedious and can be annoying to your buddy list and alliance(s)/guild(s) if you are logging in and out of 20+ items to reflame or Clean Slate an item during Spell Trace Fever.
Giving us unlimited purchase limit allows players to Potential, Stamp, Flame and clean out failures all on the same character without passing gear around. This not only works well not only on New Projects like unworn items that could still be pass around through the account, this works extremely well on items that already worn. New players, inexperienced players or those who just rush just equip any new item CLEAN without any enhancements. By wearing an item early, the item usually becomes bound to that player and it becomes no longer eligible to be passed around the account and that player can only enhance with the limited weekly per character limit. Unlimited purchases gives the player the ability to buy as many Clean Slates or any other enhancement item as they need without worrying about wearing an item too early and making it impossible to pass through the account.
As mentioned mentioned in the previous bullet point, Karma enhancement items can only be used on untradeable items. Lifting the purchase limit gives those who already untradeable items the same edge as those passing items through their account. It could get to the point that equipping an item early to make it untradeable would become favorable than using the pass it through the account until it ready method. Currently, if you were to equip something early, you limit the number of enhancement items it can receiving since you cannot have your legion alts help out while opening the item up the ablity to Karma Flames and Karma Cubes. However, if both Karma and its regular version of the enhancement items had unlimited purchases, equipping an items grants you access to Karma Flames and Karma Hard Cubes without losing the benefit of fast access to Clean Slates and other limit per character items.

the Enhancement items double the availability but dont make it unlimited....at least not on reboot..interactive can have unlimited though
the Honor transfer..a measily 5k is a joke when you need like 2.1 million on average for triple perfect lines....4.2 million with bad rng
increase transfer cap from 5k to 50k per ticket to begin with
that dont include classes which need lower rate appearence Uniques lines such as Boss dmg or Crit Rate....those are even more expensive than 2.1 million honor
Legion Coin cap increase from 900 to 1500 would be nice for us at 10k Legion......2000 cap for those at 10.5k legion
i'am already overcapping coins as is for going 2-3 hours late on main world :S

while i'am at it....i may as well post some additionnal info about inner abilities....
rolling smartly is starting with Unique lines, you NEVER LOCK the Legendary line when rolling for Uniques line
thats a waste of Honor
and when rolling unique line you NEVER lock a high appearence rate Unique if your class need a very rare unique line on the second/third row
so if you need Crit Rate % as Unique on second third row.....you get that first b4 you lock any line
ok lets say you got a brand new char.
Step 1- upgrade the honor line to legendary and get Legendary boss dmg% ASAP, if your lucky you will get 1 of your rarest unique line to show up first
Step 1.1 - upgrade your second preset to Legendary with Mesos% or Item Drop Rate%(Whichever show up first)
Step 1.11 - if your too short on Honor to work on a third preset, you may wanna consider getting mesos% over dr% as legendary line otherwise keep wtv show up first
Step 1.2 - upgrade your third preset to Legendary with Mesos% or item Drop Rate% whichever you haven't got in the second preset
Step 2- save up 3 million honor(in case your rng goes bad)
Step 3 - start rolling for your rarest Unique Inner Ability Lines(if that apply to your class)...so (Crit Rate > Buff Duration/Boss Dmg%)...for 0.01% difference between boss and buff duration......just treat them as if they were equal odds...its not a large enough difference to not lock it if you need those 2 as Unique lines
any 1.88% is safe to lock as well IF the other Unique Line that you need is +ATT/M-ATT or nother 1.88% odd.....the odd% difference isn't worth keeping a 1.88% unlock if the other 1 is +ATT/M-ATT...so lock the 1.88% one if the other line that you need is +ATT/M-ATT or any 1.88% ones
so if your class need 2 common Unique Inner line well..lock them right away if you find them
if you need for say Crit Rate % + ATT or any 1.88% lines along Crit Rate as Unique....in such case you get Unique Crit Rate line b4 you start locking
once Unique Crit Rate % is locked, you now roll for your second Unique line, once you get both Unique Line wanted and locked, you can now go for your Legendary line
what about Boss Dmg% or Buff Duration pair to +ATT Unique Line ?...if you need those 2 of those 3 as Unique...just lock right away if you find 1 or the other
the odds difference between these 3 aren't large enough to leave 1 unlocked for the harder 1
if you need Crit Rate % as Unique line, well find it first b4 you lock any line......finding that as a Unique line is roughly 2-3 Million honor
so if your a class that need it....good luck..if rng hate you that may ended up costing 6 to 9 million honor
Step 3.1 if your down to 400k Honor,left and haven't found your desired missing Unique Line(s), try rolling untill you get back your best Legendary line from that point on(unless its Attack Speed you prob not getting that 1 back so, settle for Boss Dmg or wtv would be good as legendary)....if your lucky you will find your missing Unique line with the remaining 400k Honor while trying to get back your Legendary line
Step 4 - if you failled to get both desired Unique lines, time to build back up your Honor to 3 million b4 you roll again
Step 5 - repeat step 2 to 4 if needed
