1+2 Level Up Event

I created a character on reboot two days ago and it seems I can't make it a burning character after having deleted the level 37 burning character on it. Will I be able to do the 1+2 Level Up Event on this new character I'm using???

    u need to remake the char
    only char made today till end of env can be applied on burn
