Burn Glitch

I made a char and gave it the burn effect, deleted that one and remade another one. ( spelled the name wrong )
Now it keeps giving me an error and I can't use the burn effect for whatever reason.

    Try restarting your maple? and is the character on the 24 hour delete cycle?

    Same issue here. Burned, deleted, remade. Keep getting "Request Failed." or something along those lines.

    I tried to restart. Did not work. Not on 24 hour cycle either.
