Fritto & pollo portal

I decided that I would actually try for this event so I could get the absolab weapon but it seems like I will never get 96 boxes because it's literally impossible to find a Fritto & pollo bounty hunter portal. Anyone else feel this way or am I missing something

    just looked this up on google and someone said you need to get a 400 - 999 combo kill. I never really noticed when the portals have spawned for me but you could try.

    Nope I tried that yesterday. Got up to 999 combo didn't work. I was also on for like 3 hours which is pretty sad. I'm not going to waste my day away trying to get this stupid portal.
