Can't log onto new character, game keeps crashing

The game crashes whenever I try to log onto my new explorer character.
This happened right after I accepted the quest where I select which job I'd like to choose (the one where I'm on the boat and about to set sail).
I know this is a bug because I am able to log onto my other characters perfectly fine. I've even recreated the character, but the same thing happens every time.
Please fix this.

    I tried to eat exp multiplier after entering and the horntail problem seems not occuring anymore. So i guess It might due to some kind of issue with the buff 'enjoyable winter'
