commerci bug

Brief bug summary: When i started the pre quest for commerci i had to leave the area for a few min than i noticed i had no way to return.
i tried teleporting to other players ,i tried clicking on the old man npc in lith harpor and i tried to enter with dimensional mirror (but it wont left me until i finish 1 quest which is inside of that area) relp
