just got to 4th job. finding myself still using 3rd job flame tempest to train. most skills have cool down. how should a 4th job blaze wizard train?

    I made the mistake of making a BW for the V diary; at some point over the last 2 days, orbital flame and burning extinction stopped hitting mobs, while other skills still work fine. I understand this was probably done to help curb the BW hacking issue, but I do wish we could have gotten a notice ahead of time. Not to mention, as of yesterday, one of my friends found hacking kaisers floating around maps doing the same thing the BW hackers were doing.

    that is a memory issue, you need to do a hard boot(not with hibernation)
