Bug type: Unable to find "Excessively Charming" Quest in order to unlock pocket equip slot.

Brief bug summary: The Quest "Excessively Charming" is unavailable only for Kanna as far as I know. The quest is not available in the light-bulb and Big Headward has no quest to offer.

More Detail: Link at the bottom shows my equip slots, showing I don't already have the slot unlocked; the light-bulb quests, showing all available quests and that "Excessively Charming" is not available; and the quest log showing all event quest available and accepted, showing that I haven't already accepted the quest or have it available.

I used a trait boost potion from the V-coin shop to raise my charm level to 30 and the quest did not become available even after I re-logged.

I logged onto my Mercedes to see if she had the quest available and it was in progress. So as far as I know, the quest can be completed if already accepted prior to previous patches, but is not available otherwise.

I asked people in my alliance about this and they told me to accept a quest, so I assume they don't know about this bug. Which leads me to believe it's only a problem for kannas or my character in particular.

Steps to reproduce: Reach level 30 charm on Kanna and talk to Big Headward.
