When do donation medal rankings reset?

So I know Nexon switched to UTC reset time, but some things are still based on PST reset time so I just wanna check when donation medal rankings reset.

    It reset when the month change, and in this case should be in PST.

    quests reset at UTC time. not sure why the medal quests would be any different. play try and let us know!
