They removed runes?

I played for 1 hour in a map and dont appeared any rune, i tryed to find in others maps and ch to go zakum but didnt find any... you guys saw any rune?

    Runes now only spawn if you are within 10 or 20 levels of the monsters on the map.
    So if you are level 200 and trying to get a rune in the Dead Mine maps - you won't.

    now that is balanced, can't get items from the rich rune when 20 levels above - I love the idea.
