(Not trying to hate on or disrespect Nexon BTW, but.....)

why is it that when Zero's weapon breaks and starts causing a huge problem that a TON of zeros have to wait 3 months and counting for there to be a fix,
but, when there is an event that is giving bugged exp and is BENEFITING people a TON and nobody wants it fixed but a SELECT FEW... it gets fixed INSTANTLY :(
that's NOT Cool.......

Zero Weapon bug thing: forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/5680/zero-class-lost-30-boss-damage#latest

It's more difficult to test job-based issues since they involve being at the proper progression in the specific job to establish the exact issue, whereas event content is usually more straightforward and generalized. It should also be noted that the experience provided by BFF event before the fix was at an unbalanced, high rate that pushed players far too quickly through levels. As nice as this sounds, players had an oddly sharp advantage over anyone visiting the game before or after the event period and the effect of higher levels is permanent to the participating character, so solution had to be made.

For the Zero issue, I've forwarded it and will reemphasize the importance with the increasing number of Zeroes stepping forward to speak on it.

Nice to see you forwarded it, and I'm thankfull for it. But I'll still have no hopes for seeing a fix for it soon. We all know Nexon has its priorities set. If the game breaks in our disadvantage, it'll be fixed when they have time or have the feeling to do so. When the game breaks in Nexon's disadvantage / expenses, it gets fixed in an instant. This can be seen by the bug in the Marvel Machine, the Philosopher Book dissapearing from the Cash Shop and so on. It'd be nice to see some change in this and see the staff work on all the obviously known bugs haunting Maplestory. There hasn't been a single mention about them trying to fix the major issues, let alone an apology.

But once again, thank you for forwarding it once more. It's actions like this which sparks a bit of hope in the forums.
