Where'd the "Change Character" go?

Nexon, where'd the "change character" option in the main menu go? Why is it "Quit Game" now?
Are you telling me now I have to quit the game each time I want to switch a character?

    Sometimes it quits me and sometimes it brings me to the world page. I'm so confused.

    Change Character or Quit Game. Either or so long as it doesn't log me out.

    I think World Select would been better.
    And the sudden exit is the random crash
