Any chance for Fusion Anvils for titles?

I'm sure I'm not alone when I say there are a few titles I'd love to use but aren't feasible simply because there are better statted ones. Nexon pls

    I would also love to see this as well it one of few things we cant customize to go with our char I would like a way for most not all title to be trad-able within account
