I was going to make a burning char but it keeps saying request failed, anything i can do?

    Did you already make one, delete it, and try to make a new one?

    If so, that's a known bug with these burning events. You can try waiting 24 hours before remaking your character, but if that doesn't work, you're just out of luck.
