EDIT: The Override Coin Shop is now accessible again in Scania as of June 30th, 2017 @ 6:24 AM EDT.
Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: When attempting to access the Override Shop a message box pops up saying that "This function cannot be accessed right now".

    We reported the issue. This seems to only affect Scania players.
