I'm trying to complete it but i cannot at all.
Is there a way to summon elite versions of monsters by not being close to their level?
For example, i have to fight an elite version of tomes in the fairy academy to collect the monster info for my monster collection but im 150 and i can't summon it.
I also have 40/40 character slots and all being over 120 (links/for legion)
Am i out of luck then?

    If you're lucky you can find Rune of Darkness to spawn them, or if a lower level player spawns them.

    I don't think it's a 100% chance to collect Elite versions either so you're in a quite difficult spot.
