can't complete crimsonheart/gollux prequest

i have done 21 quest from the crimsonheart questline and have gotten the badge and gotten access to the crimsonheart pq but the statue of battle where u do the crimsonheart pq does not have a quest for me and neither does ridley. Also i have no quest in progress

    You don't need to do the Battle Statue quest, you get a new lightbulb quest regarding Tynerum. When you accept it, enter the middle door at the Path to the Altar map.

    the thing is i don't have a new lightbulb quest and i can not enter the door on the path to the altar

    Accept the lightbulb from the map with Ridley (should be near the top of your lightbulbs, it's called "[Tynerum] Demon Invitation]".

    I've done the main quest for crimsonheart castle, I've gotten the medal and mastery books but I cannot proceed with the next quest nor leave the castle.

    There is no quest for the invite by the demons.
