NOVA sharing bug

As mentioned previously by many others (including myself) the NOVA sharing has not been working properly (as it does not complete the journey).
When I looked into the console, it said that the page that refused to work (http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/nova/25420/new-playable-character-illium for me) was already shared (code: 5005) yet it did not register as a part of the 'journey'.

This may have to do with the fact that my reward count is 16/15 (I shared every article [the medals may have been the problem])

If the mods or an admin could help with the situation (Or just give those affected and has proven it the full reward), it would be greatly appreciated.

If you are wondering, yes. I have changed the browser and tried changing Social Medias, different computers and different times.

If this problem cannot be solved automatically, could it be solved manually?
