Brief bug summary: Kanna Medals are getting registered twice in medal list.

More details:
Get got on my Kanna for the first time after the Nova update and noticed I got awarded the Yin and Yang medal (in register again). Leveled to 30 and message says I got awarded Cacophonous Kanna twice (only got one medal equip).

Steps to reproduce:
Make a Kanna, level her up until you get a Kanna medal, notice it happens twice.

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: Dec. 6, 2017
