Shouldn't they have been in this cash shop update? :(
I charged my NX to open some and realized they weren't there...
Will they be in there next Wednesday or are they gone this year? D:

    if it helps, this year (i wasnt around before so dunno if they had this previous years) there are a bunch of halloween outfits you can buy directly, not in a surprise box
